Photoshoot packages:

• "Memories package" - The Special Occasion Package designed for but not limited to Engagement, Maternity, Newborn, and Senior photography style photos.  An affordable choice to capture that special moment in your life. Package includes up to 6 hour session at any location(s), personal use licenses for all hi-res digital photos and a disk of all the files, unlimited photoshop work, and an online gallery for easy sharing.  *Limited to 30 miles from 37128
  Starting at $400
  

• "Feature Shoot" - This package is the most popular choice as it capture every aspect of the subject.  This photoshoot is designed for subjects that have hundreds of little details that must be featured that the average person may not even notice.  This package is the obvious choice for vehicle shoots.  Package includes up to a photo session at any location(s), a disk with all the photos and personal use license for all hi-res digital photos, an online feature gallery, a short write-up on the subject to be featured online, and (2) optional 8x10 prints of choice, limited extra photoshop work on request.

• "The Wedding" - This package is essentially the same as the "Feature Shoot" with the addition of non-stop shooting for the full duration of the event to ensure no special moment is missed.  Includes Venue photography, traditional wedding party and family photos, ceremony photos, pre and post ceremony candids, reception photos, and bride and groom photos.  We provide a "check list" for the bride to guarantee she gets what she wants out of the day's photos!  Package includes the full day of shooting, personal use license for all hi-res photos, an online gallery (private or public) for easy sharing with friends and family, a hard copy of the photo files mailed to you, limited extra photoshop work available on request..

*Private Photoshoots start at $150 plus travel expenses. All photos taken during the shoot will be uploaded to your own private gallery on RickyBPhotography.com and prints will be available for purchase, ALL photos files (full resolution JPEGs) will be included and available for download at no extra cost. In addition, all photoshoots include a CD of all photo files, and optional 2 8x10 prints of choice (small extra fee). For the photos you must agree to the Personal Use License*. Standard print fees apply.

Photographer grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image, subject to the following restrictions:

• This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the image(s) for display on personal websites and computers, or making prints for personal use. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
• Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image(s) remain exclusively with the photographer.
• There are no warranties, express or implied. The image(s) are provided 'as is.'

Neither photographer nor SmugMug will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the image(s).
